- Requirement Qualification – Our team qualify the job requirements in detail to understand the necessary skills, the right cultural fit, and the specific experience that will add value to your team.
- Network Search – We tap into our existing networks and candidate communities to identify known individuals who could be suitable.
- Market Search – We then conduct dedicated searches across multiple channels to help locate the best-aligned candidates in the market.
- Candidate Screening, Evaluation & Shortlist – We conduct interviews with a longlist of identified candidates, screening them against the criteria initially set out in the qualification meeting to select the most suitable individuals.
- Interview & Offer Management – Once an initial shortlist is submitted, we manage the entire end-to-end interview process — preparing candidates for each stage and guiding them through to an offer.
- Fee Structure – 20% of base salary, payable within 30 days of the start date. Includes a 12-week staggered rebate.
